Perrie's story
Photography is not just a profession for me, it's a passion. After picking up my first camera when I was young (all be it a polaroid) the desire had always been there. It wasn't until I was 17 that I really got into learning everything about it properly & we became hooked.
Having always been inquisitive, I photographed anything and everything, there was no 'niche' and with that, it opened up the opportunity to be able to learn techniques across many different areas of photography. Through trial and error, I realised that nature & portraits were where my heart was, which lead me to documentary photography. You might be thinking "what is documentary photography?" It's essentially all about capturing 'moments'; natural and candid, having a keen eye for noticing moments that not everyone else would notice, creating eternal memories.
I believe that every love story is unique and deserves to be captured in a way that reflects its beauty and authenticity. My personalised approach to photography allows me to create images that are a true reflection of who you are individually, as a couple & as a family.
So that I can capture genuine emotions and moments, I have a very relaxed, fun and enjoyable approach to our sessions and weddings. As a dreamer myself, I love to delve into anything creative. My love for photography, poetry, romance, travel and the eye for seeing beauty in all things ordinary, I have mixed all the things I am passionate about and moved it into the way I capture moments; ones which you can so easily forget, but can look back on and be reminded of exactly how you felt in years to come.
